Tanner runs everything behind the scenes — the platform, the money, the paperwork, and the standards every program is held to. Eight-plus years of operational and financial discipline means your school gets a clean, professional program from day one and an accounting of every dollar.

  • Owns compliance and student data. Built Elevate's privacy and safety framework himself.
  • Runs the numbers. Every donation reconciled and reported, start to finish.
  • Sales and marketing management at Fortune 500 companies including General Electric and AT&T — where he built the operating procedures his teams ran on.

Sales & Partnerships

Ten-plus years in sales, including direct experience with the largest K–12 fundraising company in the United States. With a background in theater and childhood education, Tyler commands respect and excitement from the students he's so passionate about working with.

  • Owns school relationships. One point of contact from first call through closing celebration.
  • Has run this before. Knows the day-of logistics because he's lived them.
  • Runs the room. Kickoff rallies, daily challenges, the finale — he's the one on the microphone.

OUR ON-SITE TEAM

Everyone Else Who Walks In

We're hiring our first on-site team now, ahead of the fall 2026 season. Every person we put in front of your students has to clear all four of these before they set foot on your campus — and you're welcome to see the documentation for any of them.

  • Background-checked, every one. No exceptions, and no contractors slipped in at the last minute.

  • Verified experience with kids. Childcare, coaching, teaching, or camp experience confirmed before we hire.

  • Trained presenters, not temps. Every hire is trained on our program, our safety rules, and your building's expectations before they arrive.

  • Chosen to make every kid feel seen. We hire for the quiet kid in the back row, not just the loudest one in the gym.

Screening

Criminal background screening through a third-party vendor. Documentation available to your district on request.

Insurance

General liability at $1M / $2M with your school named as additional insured, plus specialized child-safety coverage.
