How students get enrolled is your call — and so is how much student information ever leaves your office.
Pick whichever fits. Families can self-enroll from a link you share on the channels you already use — sign-ups happen on their side, and no roster ever comes to us. Or your coordinator can upload a class list inside Elevate, and the platform generates a unique link for every student, already grouped by teacher and classroom and ready to hand out.
Either way, we only ever take what it takes to run the fundraiser — never grades, contact details, or anything pulled from your student information system, and nothing to sign beyond our standard school agreement. If your district wants to review us first, we'll share our insurance certificates, screening documentation, and privacy practices the day you ask.
