What grade levels do you serve?

We work primarily with middle schools, and we support elementary and high schools as well. The program is built to flex to the age group — the platform, the prizes, and the on-site events all adapt.

How long is the program?

Three weeks on your calendar. Two weeks of fundraising, then a final week for prizes, President's Club recognition, and the celebration. Add about four weeks of planning beforehand, almost all of which is on us.

How much can schools raise?

It depends on your enrollment and how many students take part — participation is the single biggest driver, ahead of school size. We won't quote you a number we haven't earned yet; we're a new company and we'd rather show you the model than a figure from someone else's campaign. The illustrative math is on our homepage.

Do teachers need to manage it?

No. We bring our own trained, background-checked on-site team and run every event ourselves. Your teachers and office staff are never asked to run the program. One staff contact coordinates with us — about two hours of their time across six weeks.

Are rewards suitable for students?

Yes. Prizes are experience-based and age-appropriate, and every prize list is confirmed with your school before the campaign starts. Nothing goes in front of your students that your administration hasn't seen.

What do you need from our school?

Three things: a three-week window on your calendar, permission to reach students and families through your existing channels during that window, and one staff contact to coordinate with. We bring the team and the energy and handle the rest.

How do the funds reach us?

Donations go directly into your school's own account. We never hold your money. After the campaign closes we invoice a program fee, agreed in advance, which covers the on-site team, all prizes, the platform, and payment processing. Your school pays nothing up front.

What happens if it rains?

If it rains, we reschedule the finale for the following Friday. The rest of the campaign runs exactly as planned.

What if participation is low?

That's the problem we built the program around. Several daily challenges are open only to students who haven't started yet, so late starters get their own shot at winning rather than competing against the kids who were already ahead. And you see participation live from day one — not in a report afterward.

Can we see references?

Yes, as our founding-school programs are finalized. We're selecting a small group of founding schools now, so if you're early we'll tell you exactly where we stand rather than pointing you at someone else's results.
